Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable of the many teas they sell. I love the smell tins of every variety, very helpful in deciding which teas to try. Also selling them by the ounce helps to narrow down your favorites. I recently started brewing Gong Fu style so having a reliable source of loose leaf tea is fantastic. Highly recommend this store.

Stopped in here on a whim. Very unique experience. Family owned company with three locations. Everything you would want if you are a tea enthusiast.

There are so many delicious varieties of loose leaf tea here both caffeinated and decaffeinated. They also will make a tea for you to-go. My two favorites are triple berry suite and pomegranate. Both are fruity black teas that are super delicious.

Omg I walked in and fell in love...as a person who's truly into different flavors of tea. This was definitely the Tea Depot...like over 300 flavors of tea...and all of the health benefits you get from them. You will truly fall in love like my child's father and I did. We were just looking for a place that sold tea but this was beyond what we expected. Customer service was awesome. The lady who was running the store was so sweet and very patient with us as we tried to decide on which flavor to get. We enjoyed ourselves so much, we were late to my Ultrasound appointment...looking for the perfect flavors to try. If you have not been...please stop in there and get you some great teas. You can take it home and brew it yourself. They have all the tea pots an little tea strainers for your home brew teas. We haven't been back but we definitely will soon.

Excellent customer service that we're not only patient with me (I don't drink tea but was Christmas shopping for others) but answered every and any question I had about what tea people need, like, accessories, recommendations of different teas, everything. The store is very clean and has an excellent layout and inviting setup. Everything from buying bulk tea to every kind of accessory you could possibly think of they had. My Mom buys her tea from there and raves about the quality, excellent taste and affordability of the tea. Definitely a store to buy all your tea needs from!

I've lived 10 minutes away from this place for years and always thought about stopping in, and yesterday I finally did! It's an adorable little hole-in-the-wall store that has a pretty good selection and good prices for staple teas like Earl Grey, Breakfast and common herbals/tisanes. There are a few unusual blends and puerhs as well, so there's plenty to explore for every tea drinker. Abby was incredibly nice and when I mentioned what I was interested in, she made great recommendations. The Earl Grey de la Creme that I brought home reminds me of a tea I enjoyed at Hampton Court (Henry VIII's palace), and the Milky Oolong I bought is subtly sweet and creamy. I will definitely be stopping in again!
